Which Excel file formats are supported?
We support .xlsx files (Excel 2007 and later). If you have an older .xls file, save it as .xlsx in Excel first, then upload for translation.
Can I translate specific sheets within a workbook?
Currently, all sheets in the workbook are translated together. This ensures cross-sheet references and links remain consistent across the translated file.
What happens to charts and graphs?
Chart titles, axis labels, and legend text are translated. The chart data, styling, and visual formatting remain untouched.
Is there a file size limit?
Files up to 50 MB are supported. For very large files with tens of thousands of rows, translation may take a few minutes but will complete reliably.
How does it handle merged cells?
Merged cells are fully supported. The merge structure is preserved and text within merged regions is translated correctly.
Which translation engines can I use?
Five engines are available: DeepL, Google Translate, GPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Translator. Choose based on your language pair and content type.
Is my spreadsheet data secure?
