Subscription & Billing Guide

Understand plan tiers, how to upgrade or downgrade, view invoices, and cancel your subscription.

Available Plans

Adara Translate offers three tiers: Free, Pro, and Business. Each tier increases your monthly credit allowance, adds premium features, and unlocks higher rate limits. Visit the Pricing page for current pricing and a detailed feature comparison.

Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Dashboard > Billing and click Upgrade. Select your desired plan and complete payment through our secure Stripe checkout. Your new credit balance is available immediately. You are only charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

Downgrading

You can downgrade at any time from the Billing page. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Until then, you retain access to your current plan's features and remaining credits.

Viewing Invoices

All invoices are accessible from Dashboard > Billing > Invoice History. Each invoice shows the amount charged, plan name, billing period, and payment method. You can download invoices as PDF for your records.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe and never touch our servers. You can update your payment method at any time from the Billing portal.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Click Cancel Subscription on the Billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. No further charges are made, and you can re-subscribe at any time.
