Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard provides a snapshot of key metrics: remaining credits, total translations this month, documents processed, and audio minutes transcribed. Each metric links to a detailed view for deeper analysis.
Daily Usage Chart
The usage chart displays credit consumption over the past 30 days. Hover over any bar to see the exact number of credits used that day and a breakdown by operation type (text, document, audio, dubbing).
Per-Engine Breakdown
Below the chart, a table shows usage by engine. This helps you understand which engines you rely on most and their relative cost efficiency. If one engine consistently delivers better results for your content type, you may choose to make it your default.
Team Analytics
Team owners and admins see an additional section showing per-member usage. Each member's total credits consumed, translation count, and most-used engine are displayed. Use this data to identify power users, optimize credit allocation, and ensure fair usage across the team.
Exporting Data
Click Export on the analytics page to download a CSV file of your usage history. The export includes timestamps, operation types, engines, character counts, and credit costs for every transaction in the selected date range.
Setting Usage Alerts
Configure alerts in your notification settings to receive emails when you reach 50%, 75%, or 90% of your monthly credit allowance. Early alerts help you plan upgrades or adjust usage before hitting your limit.
